1. Общие положения

Эта политика распространяется на сайт KIANO (этот сайт), Telegram-канал KIANO и KIANO Pin Publisher — персональный программный инструмент, которым пользуется исключительно владелец проекта KIANO («Оператор») для публикации собственного контента в собственный бизнес-аккаунт Pinterest через официальный Pinterest API v5.

2. Кто пользуется приложением

KIANO Pin Publisher недоступен публично. У него ровно один пользователь — Оператор. Аккаунты не создаются, третьи лица не имеют доступа к приложению.

3. Какие данные обрабатываются

Этот сайт — статический: он не собирает персональные данные, не использует cookies, аналитику и трекеры.

KIANO Pin Publisher обрабатывает только данные собственного Pinterest-аккаунта Оператора:

OAuth-токены доступа, выданные Pinterest;
список досок Оператора;
содержимое пинов (изображения, заголовки, описания, ссылки), созданных Оператором;
агрегированную статистику собственных пинов Оператора (показы, клики, сохранения), предоставляемую Pinterest Analytics API.

Приложение не получает и не обрабатывает данные других пользователей Pinterest.

4. Хранение и защита данных

OAuth-токены и настройки хранятся на приватном сервере Оператора в файлах, доступных только учётной записи Оператора. Данные передаются только официальному Pinterest API по HTTPS и никуда больше.

5. Передача данных третьим лицам

Мы не передаём, не продаём и не раскрываем данные третьим лицам. Рекламные и трекинговые сервисы не используются.

6. Хранение и удаление

Токены хранятся только пока приложение используется и могут быть удалены Оператором в любой момент. Доступ приложения также можно отозвать в настройках Pinterest («Приложения») или через endpoint отзыва токенов Pinterest.

7. Конфиденциальность детей

Ни сайт, ни приложение не предназначены для детей и не обрабатывают их данные.

Изменения публикуются по этому же адресу.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy covers the KIANO website (this site), the KIANO Telegram channel, and KIANO Pin Publisher — a personal, single-user software tool operated exclusively by the owner of KIANO ("the Operator") to publish the Operator's own content to the Operator's own Pinterest business account via the official Pinterest API v5.

2. Who uses the app

KIANO Pin Publisher is not available to the public. It has exactly one user — the Operator. No accounts are created, and no third parties can access or use it.

3. Data we process

This website is static: it does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not run analytics or tracking scripts.

KIANO Pin Publisher processes only data belonging to the Operator's own Pinterest account:

OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Pinterest;
the list of the Operator's own Pinterest boards;
pin content (images, titles, descriptions, links) created by the Operator;
aggregate performance statistics (impressions, clicks, saves) of the Operator's own pins, as provided by the Pinterest Analytics API.

It does not access, collect, or process any data of other Pinterest users.

4. Data storage and security

OAuth tokens and configuration are stored on the Operator's private server in files readable only by the Operator's account. Data is transmitted only to the official Pinterest API over HTTPS and nowhere else.

5. Data sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to any third party. No advertising or tracking services are used.

6. Data retention and deletion

Tokens are kept only while the app is in use and can be deleted by the Operator at any time. Pinterest access can also be revoked at any time in Pinterest settings ("Apps") or via Pinterest's token revocation endpoint.

7. Children's privacy

Neither this website nor the app is directed at children, and no children's data is processed.

8. Changes to this policy

Any changes will be published at this same URL.
